In the woods

I have been taking watercolor lesson for more than a year now. I will start posting some of the painting I did.
This one is from the photo I took while vacationing in Mazama in east slope of  north Cascades of Washington. The log cabin we stayed in is in the woods where you can smell the fresh pine in the air.

Pink Poppy

One summer we went to my friend's beach house in Sequim, WA to catch some Dungense crabs and digging clams. While others were hard working digging clams, I discovered this poppy at the back of her house. They are more like roses with multiple layers of pedal, pretty to look at but hard to paint.

At the Farmer's Market

Kids are fun to paint. They always had fun wherever they are. This is the Saturday Farmer's Market in Sequim, Washington.
